'NeutralRadius started from a humble vision: to introduce genuine Neapolitan pizza to Oxford. The Thompson family opened our doors in 1985, originating as a quaint, family-managed shop preserving recipes passed down for generations.
Emily Thompson, our visionary, mastered the craft of pizza creation while journeying throughout Italy, being mentored by venerable pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. On her return to the UK, her mission became to replicate the classic Italian pizza experience, employing age-old techniques and the most exceptional ingredients.
Our undertaking started as a cozy 12-seat eatery and has expanded into a cherished local fixture, our dedication to excellence and genuineness, however, has remained consistent. Traditional wood-fired oven methods are still employed, our dough is freshly prepared every day, and we seek out the best ingredients available.
Nowadays, 'NeutralRadius is still in the hands of the Thompsons, with the new family generation at the forefront, guiding our enthusiastic crew. Although we've adopted new technologies, the essence of our operation continues: crafting delectable, authentic pizzas that unite patrons.
